Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical region, managing customer accounts, building strong relationships with retail and trade partners, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, attending trade shows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Regular travel within the assigned area may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in account management and meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and business development
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to remote work environments
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the kitchen appliances or home improvement industry is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel regularly within the designated area
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
